Terms and Conditions for Seventh Spirit Wellness Retreat & Site Use

  1. Your Reservation

    (a) There will be twelve (12) Participants per retreat. Due to the intimate nature of this Retreat, all payments are non-refundable. In the event you register and are unable to attend, you will have that credit to use toward a future Seventh Spirit Wellness healing retreat. Or, you may gift someone with your reservation and they may take your place at the Retreat.

    (b) The official Reteat time begins at 4pm on day one (1) of Retreat and checkout time is by 11am on the final day of the Retreat.

    (c) Reservations are for the stated period of the Retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the Retreat stay.

  2. Payment

    (a) The cost for this Retreat and Course Tuition is in US Dollars. The total cost is $3600.

  3. Tuition, Accommodations, Services & Meals

    (a) Payment is all-inclusive and includes Retreat tuition, meals and snacks, retreat services, activities, supplies and accommodations at Retreat site, Chateau Joli. Please note *only the first 6 registerants will be able to stay on-site at Chateau Joli, as we value your privacy and we want everyone to have their own, private bedroom. The remaining Participants will enjoy accommodations at the Ritz Carlton Atlanta or the Renniscance Hotel Atlanta, depending on availability.

  4. Travel/Flight Arrangements

    (a) All travel arrangements to and from Atlanta, Ga are made and provided by Participant. Seventh Spirit Wellness is not responsible for Participant’s travel. Seventh Spirit Wellness shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from travel delays.

  5. Getting to the Retreat Site

    (a) We will provide professional transportation for Participant to and from the Atlanta Airport. Pick-up time on arrival day begins at 1pm and drop-off time on departure day begins at 7:00am. We will do our best to accommodate a special need you may have regarding airport pick-up and drop-off.

    (b) If you are local to the Atlanta area, we will be glad to arrange transportation to and from the Retreat site as long as your pick-up/drop-off location is within 25 miles of the Atlanta airport. Or, you may drive your vehicle and park it on-site at the Retreat site.

    (c) Once you check-in to the Retreat, we do not allow participants to leave the Retreat and come back. If you choose to leave the Retreat site, you automatically forefit your booking and and all payments in entirety.

  6. Health & Participation

    (a) It is your responsibility to let us know if you have any injuries or conditions that may prevent you from normal activities, such as walking up stairs or sitting down.

    (b) Beginner’s yoga, beginners meditation and having theraputic massage treatments is part of this course. If you have any physical concerns about these activities, it is your responsibility to first consult with your physician.

    (c) For your own safety, we ask you advise us of any mental or physical health conditions, including pregnancy, and dietary requirements. If you have health conditions and dietary needs that may be affected by the activities offered on our Retreat, we reserve the right to decline your stay.

    (d) Your Retreat participation is “at will” and is at your own risk. Seventh Spirit Wellness, nor any of its Contractors, Agents or Affilliates is liable for any physical ingury, including death, incurred on site premesis or from any treatment or any activity or accident, on or off-site. We are also not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop or evolve during or subsequent to the Retreat.

  7. Ammendments by Seventh Spirit Wellness

    (a) Occasionally, changes may need to be made (e.g., activity times, Workshop Leaders, pick-up times), which we reserve the right to do at any time.

  8. Personal Items

    (a) You are responsible for the security of all personal items at all times. Seventh Spirit Wellness and its Affilliates are not liable for any loss or damage to any of your possessions.

  9. Participant Communication Responsibility

    (a) If you have any concerns during your Retreat, please immediately see the Retreat Manager on-site and voice your concern.

    (b) Please be advised that Seventh Spirit Wellness is not responsible for the individual behavior of any Participant.

  10. Cancellation by Seventh Spirit Wellness

    (a) We reserve the right, in any circumstance, to cancel a Retreat. Our Retreats require a minimum of at least 80% of spaces reserved by twenty (20) days before start date of Retreat. If this minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund you of your payment.

  11. Privacy Policy

    (a) We do not share any of your details or personal information with any third-party. Any personal information you provide to us will be used only for the service you requested.
